OFFBEAT x Kikuichi Cutlery, present an immersive knife skills class led by acclaimed chef, Seung Hee Lee of Atlanta pop-up, Korean Fusion. This hands on event will serve as an instructional experience for up to 12 guests.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn basic knife techniques and practice fundamental cuts: mince, dice, chop, brunoise, and julienne.
The knives used in the class are courtesy of Kikuichi Cutlery, a premiere Japanese knife company. Knife sets will be available for purchase, with a limited OFFBEAT discount for attendees.
*This is a beginner class. Admission grants guests a meal, drink pairing, a signed copy of “Everyday Korean Cookbook” by Seung Hee Lee, and a limited edition OFFBEAT x Kikuichi knife catalogue.
